We usually reply within two working days. For a problem, tell us your iPad model, the iPadOS version, the app version (shown in TestFlight or the App Store) and the steps that lead to it. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Two-finger tap: undo. Three-finger tap: redo. Pinch and twist with two fingers: zoom and rotate the canvas. Touch and hold with one finger: pick a colour. Hold the pencil still at the end of a stroke: QuickShape turns it into a clean line or shape. You can see these tips again any time under “…” → Tips & Gestures.
Open a Procreate .brush or .brushset file from the Files app, Mail or AirDrop and choose Bristle Canvas, or use Import in the brush library. Brushes from Bristle Studio come over with their live effects.
Under “…” → Share you can save to Photos or share as PNG, JPG, layered PSD or .procreate (layers, blend modes and groups), and animations as GIF or MP4. Your artworks are stored only on your iPad. If you delete the app, they are deleted too, so export anything you want to keep first. Exporting a .procreate or PSD file now and then is a good backup.
The Brush Designer needs an internet connection and has a daily limit. If it says you reached today’s limit, try again tomorrow. Everything else in the app works offline.
